At Nika Beauty Center, your time, comfort, and satisfaction matter to us. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies outlined below.
Appointments & Confirmation
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text at the phone number on file.
If you do not receive a confirmation text within 3 hours, please contact us to verify your booking.
A confirmation request text will be sent 2–4 days before your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting settled.
Street parking is available nearby. Paid parking is available at the Condado Palm Inn hotel across the street.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may:
• Cancel your appointment, or
• Perform the service in the remaining time of your original booking, without a price adjustment.
Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients who cancel with 24 hours' notice or more will receive store credit valid for 6 months.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in:
• Deduction of the session from your package (if applicable), and
• Forfeiture of any deposit paid.
No-shows will also result in:
• Deduction of the session from your package, and
• Forfeiture of any deposit paid.
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
By booking an appointment, you accept and agree to this cancellation policy.
Walk-Ins & Service Policies
Walk-in clients are welcome and will be attended to based on availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual demonstrating inappropriate behavior, posing a health risk, or violating our policies.
Guests must be 12 years or older to receive services.
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the visit.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They may be used toward in-store services and product purchases.
Gift cards must be presented at checkout to redeem and are non-refundable.
Payments & Pricing
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
Packages
Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the same individual.
All package sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.

How to Enroll
You can sign up for a membership in person at our location or online.
Memberships require a 4-month minimum commitment, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis.

Billing
Your membership will be automatically billed each month to the card on file, recurring on the date you originally signed up.
You may book appointments at any time, and your applicable membership discounts will be automatically applied at checkout following your service.
Please note that gratuity is not included in the membership fee.
If your payment is declined, we will contact you to update your payment information. If we do not receive a valid payment method within 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and any unused services or credits will be forfeited.
All memberships are non-refundable.
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Nika Beauty Center to charge your card on file for the full amount of your monthly membership fee.
If membership pricing is adjusted, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
Minimum Commitment
All memberships require an initial 4-month commitment to allow you to experience the full benefits of regular spa care.
After the initial period, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time without penalty.
Membership cancellations must be submitted via email to nika.condado@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
We do not accept verbal or phone cancellations.
Please note that once your membership is canceled, any unused services or credits remaining in your account will be forfeited.
Membership Credit
Each month upon successful billing, a service credit (or credits, depending on your membership tier) will be added to your account.
Each credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.
If you cancel your membership, any unused credits will be forfeited.
Billing will continue unless a formal freeze or cancellation is requested via email.
Gifting Your Service
You may gift your monthly service to a friend or family member up to two times per calendar year.
To arrange a gift transfer, please email us at nika.condado@gmail.com in advance.
Freezing Your Membership
Members may freeze their membership for up to 3 months per calendar year (months do not need to be consecutive).
To request a freeze, email nika.condado@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Please specify the start and end dates of the freeze.
Note: Freezing your membership does not pause the expiration period of your service credits. Credits still expire 180 days from their original issue date. Please consider this when selecting the duration of your freeze.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts become active on the start date of your membership and do not apply retroactively.
Discounts are:
• Non-transferable
• Not combinable with other offers unless specifically stated
